Motorola has released the launch date of Moto Edge X30. Motorola recently revealed via its official Weibo account in a post. The Moto Edge X30 launch event will be held in China on the evening of December 9. The complete specification list of the smartphone has not been made official yet. The new device will have a new 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, a 5,000 mAh battery, two 50 MP rear cameras and a 60 MP selfie camera.
Moto Edge X30 Specifications (Expected)
According to the official post, the Moto Edge X30 phone uses the new 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset in the new device. It is the world’s first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The device is powered by an octa-core processor and is expected to come with 12GB of RAM. Android 12 will probably be pre-installed.
The Moto Edge X30 will have a 6.67-inch Full-HD + 144Hz AMOLED display. And a centrally aligned hole-punch selfie camera with a light bezel. The back of the X30 will come with two 50MP sensors and a 2MP depth sensor camera. And the front will have an impressive 60-megapixel selfie camera. The Moto Edge X30 has a 5,000mAh battery with 68W fast charging support.
The device is expected to have NFC, which has avoided the Moto flagship in the last few years. The phone’s sensors are expected to include an in-display fingerprint sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/magnetometer. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, GPS, 3G, and 4G.
